The new Mi@ app is more straightforward, intuitive, and innovative, allowing for customization based on your needs through your smartphone. One of the app's main strengths is the presence of multiple personalization tools:

- Profile: Customize it with your preferred login credentials and personal photo,
- Homepage layout: Identify and position the display mode (for account or investments),
- Expense management: Further customize your transactions using tags that can be assigned to individual items. This way, you will have a complete overview of your spending behaviors,
- Payments: Save your favorite recurring operations for future execution with just one click.

Thanks to Mi@, you can:

- Check the balance and movements of your current account,
- Review the transactions of prepaid cards and credit cards,
- View ongoing loans and mortgages,
- Make bank transfers (ordinary, international, tax relief, recurring) and transfers,
- Pay MAV/RAV,
- Pay postal slips (blank or pre-printed) and PagoPA slips (CBILL) with QRCODE,
- Pay F24 forms and car tax,
- Recharge mobile phones and prepaid cards,
- Locate the nearest Bank ATMs.

Moreover, you can access Mi@ and perform transactions by facial recognition or fingerprint recognition (if supported by your smartphone) in total security.
